Burning Escape. The goblin pyromancer can take the Disengage or Dash action as a bonus action on each of their turns. When they do so, any adjacent creature of their choice must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the creature takes 1d4 fire damage as the pyromancer lobs a handful of flames at them.

Actions

Burning Staff. Melee Weapon Attack +4 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4+2) bludgeoning damage plus 4 (1d8) fire damage.

Bombs Away (Recharge 5-6). The goblin pyromancer lobs three small balls of fire at up to three targets within 60 feet. The target and each creature adjacent to them must succeed on a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 fire damage.

Spellcaster. The goblin pyromancer may cast any of the following spells:

Fire Bolt. As the Fire Bolt evocation cantrip.

Burning Hands (2/Day). As the Burning Hands evocation spell cast at 1st level with a spellcasting DC of 12.

Flaming Sphere (1/Day). As the Flaming Sphere conjuration spell cast at 2nd level with a spellcasting DC of 12.
