Nimble Escape. The goblin plague bearer can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of their turns.

Malaise. All creatures who start their turn within 15 feet of the goblin plague bearer take 11 (2d10) poison damage and have their movement speed reduced by half.

Foetid Burst. When reduced to 0 HP, the goblin plague bearer explodes. All creatures within 15 feet of the plague bearer are poisoned for one hour and must make a DC 17 Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 13 (3d8) poison damage from the burst on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.

Actions

Multiattack. The goblin plague bearer makes three melee weapon attacks, one with their bite and two with their claws; or two globule attacks.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4+4) piercing damage plus 7 (3d4) poison damage. The target must make a DC 8 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the target becomes infected. From this point forward, the infected target becomes progressively exhausted, starting at level 1 exhaustion and progressing until level 6 (death). The time it takes to increase exhaustion by one level is the number of days equal to the next level of exhaustion. For example, if an infected target is suffering from level 2 exhaustion, it will take them 3 days to progress to level 3 exhaustion. Then, it will take 4 more days to progress to level 4 exhaustion. After reaching level 2 exhaustion, those who come in contact with the infected target must make a DC 10 Constitution saving throw every day they stay in close contact. On a failure, they become infected themselves. While infected, long rests do not restore levels of exhaustion. The cure for this infection can be an antidote, mundane or magical.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d4+4) slashing damage plus 9 (2d8) poison damage.

Globule. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (3d6+3) poison damage to the target, plus 3 (2d2) poison damage to each creature adjacent to the target.

Bacterial Explusion (Recharge 3-6). The plague bearer spews a cloud of gas out of their orifices. Each creature that is within 10 feet of the goblin plague bearer must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw. A creature is poisoned for one minute and takes 11 (2d10) poison damage on a failed save, or takes half has much poison damage on a successful one. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
