Nimble Escape. The draco goblin can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of their turns.
Fire Above (2/Day). When flying, the draco goblin may charge in a 20-foot line, breathing fire down below. A wall of fire 20 feet long, 10 feet high, and 1 foot thick is created along the path the draco goblin moves. The wall is opaque and lasts for up to 1 minute.
When the wall appears, each creature within its area must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d6 fire damage, or half as much damage on a successful save. A creature that ends their turn or enters a space adjacent to or inside the wall takes 3d6 fire damage.

Multiattack. The draco goblin makes three attacks: one with their bite and two with their claws.
Bite Melee Weapon Attack +8 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d10+5) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) fire damage.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack +8 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d4+5) slashing damage.
Fire Breath (Recharge 4-6). The Draco Goblin exhales a fiery blast in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 17 (5d6) fire damange on a failed save, or half as much damage on a succesful one.
