Actions
Desperate Grasp. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4+2) necrotic damage. The target must make a DC 12 Charisma saving throw or become deafened until the end of their next turn.
Reactions
Relinquish This Form. When the deprived soul is dealt damage from an attack, if there is Shriek within 100 feet of the deprived soul, the deprived soul dissolves itself, adding 2 soul fragments the Shriek’s Basin of Souls. The deprived soul is then killed.
