Nimble Escape. The goblin bowmaster can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of their turns.

Specialized Munitions. When the goblin bowmaster chooses a target to fire upon, they may choose to use specialized munitions. When taking the Attack action with their goblin longbow, they may use one of their specialized munitions for one of the attacks. As a bonus action, they may choose a different munition to use on a separate attack. The specialized muntions impose the following extra effects on top of the goblin longbow’s normal arrows:

Corrosive Tip. The target must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, any nonmagical metal armor or shield it has equipped takes a permanent and cumulative -1 penalty to the AC it offers. Armor reduced to an AC of 10 or a shield that drops to a +0 bonus is destroyed. A shield is impacted before worn armor is.

Maiming Tip. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 7 (3d4) damage at the start of their next 2 turns from profuse bleeding. A DC 13 Medicine check can stop the bleeding.

Poison Tip. The poison damage dealt by this arrow is doubled, and the target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or become Poisoned for d3 rounds.

Crippling Tip. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or have their movement speed reduced to 5ft. until the end of their next turn.

Legendary Hunter. The bowmaster can track enemies indefinitely. If a creature doesn’t know they are being tracked, the bowmaster will always surprise their quarry when initiating combat against them. The bowmaster will always be able to track down an enemy if the enemy flees from combat.

Actions

Multiattack. The goblin bowmaster makes three attacks with their goblin longbow, one of which uses specialized munitions; or two attacks with their hookblade.

Goblin Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 150/600ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8+6) piercing damage plus 5 (2d4) poison damage.

Hookblade. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6+6) slashing damage. The target must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or have their movement speed halved until the end of their next turn.

Reactions

Bowmaster, not Sneedle! If the goblin bowmaster is hit by a melee attack, they may make a single melee weapon attack at the attacker with their hookblade.
