Speedy Escape. The goblin bounty hunter can take the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action as a bonus action on each of their turns.

Bring ‘Em In Alive, If Ya Can. The goblin bounty hunter will not deal lethal damage, and will not deal damage to a creature with 0 HP. They will make a Medicine check to keep dying characters alive if they can do so without risk.

Goblin of Many Skills. The goblin bounty hunter can swap between weapons as a free action on their turn.

Prepared. If the goblin bounty hunter has at least one hour to prepare for the arrival of their targets, they will set up to 1d3 common traps, as well as one rare trap (see page 74).

I Shot First. The goblin bounty hunter does not incur disadvantage from making a ranged weapon attack within 5 feet of a hostile creature.

Actions

Multiattack. The goblin bounty hunter makes two melee weapon attacks and one ranged weapon attack.

Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6+3) slashing damage.

Spiked Whip. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d4+3) slashing damage plus 2 (1d4) piercing damage. All creatures within 15 feet must make a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 5 (2d4) piercing damage, as spikes fly in all directions.

Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3) piercing damage.

Dagger (Thrown). Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 20/60ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3) piercing damage.

Goblin Hand Crossbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (2d2+3) piercing damage plus 2 (1d4) poison damage.

Net. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 5/15 ft., one Large or smaller creature. Hit: The target is restrained until it is freed. A creature can use its action to make a DC 10 Strength check, freeing itself or another creature in a net, ending the effect on a success. Dealing 5 slashing damage to the net, AC 10, frees the target without harming it and destroys the net. A net has no effect on a creature that is formless.

Bolas (Recharge 3-6). The goblin bounty hunter throws up to three bolas at up to three targets within 30 feet. Each target must succeed a DC 14 Dexterity saving throw or take 2 (1d4) bludgeoning damage and become restrained. The target can use their action to make a DC 13 Strength saving throw on each of their turns to break free from the bolas.

Paralytic Smoke (1/Day). The bounty hunter throws a grenade full of a noxious fumes at a point up to 60 feet away. Roll 12d10; the total is how many hit points of creatures can be affected. Creatures within 15 feet of the chosen point are affected in ascending order of their current hit points (ignoring unconscious creatures). Starting with the creature that has the lowest current hit points, each creature within the area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw or become paralyzed for 3 turns.

Reactions

Sorry, But Yer Comin’ With Me. When an adjacent creature takes the Disengage action, the goblin bounty hunter can throw a bolas at the fleeing target, forcing the target to make DC 14 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, the target is knocked prone and fails to Disengage.
