Nimble Escape. The awakened goblin can take the Disengage or Hide action as a bonus action on each of their turns.

Serene Movement. The awakened goblin hovers one foot above the ground, ignoring any difficult terrain.

Probing Telepathy. If a creature communicates telepathically with the awakened goblin, the awakened goblin learns the creature’s greatest desires if the awakened goblin can see the creature.

The Clouded Consciousness. At the start of each of the awakened goblin’s turns, all enemy creatures within 120 feet must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, that creature’s passive Perception is reduced by 1 until they finish a long rest.

All-Seer. The awakened goblin cannot be surprised.

Actions

Multiattack. The awakened goblin makes two melee weapon attacks.

Metacorporeal Rod. Melee Weapon Attack +7 to hit, reach 10ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6+4) bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) psychic damage plus 7 (2d6) radiant damage.

Guiding Bolt. As the Guiding Bolt evocation spell at 1st level with +7 to hit.

Eldritch Blast. As the Eldritch Blast evocation cantrip at 5th level with +5 to hit, with a range of 300ft. On hit may pull the target 10 ft. straight toward the awakened goblin.

Prayer of Healing. As the Prayer of Healing evocation spell at 2nd level with a spellcasting modifier of +7.

Mind Spear (Recharge 5-6). The awakened goblin magically emits psychic energy towards a target. The target must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 22 (4d8+4) psychic damage and be stunned for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
